Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At NTN, we want every customer to love their new watch. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Returns
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition, without damage.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
To start a return, please contact us at 01-536236 with your order number and reason for return.
- All Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an NTN error.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model, you can do so within 3 days of receiving it.
To qualify for an exchange, the watch must be in absolutely unworn, brand-new condition, and returned with the original box, instruction manual, warranty card, and all included extras (if any).
- Return shipping for exchanges is covered by the customer.
- Replacement shipping is covered by NTN.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos and videos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please note that products damaged after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
5. Warranty
All NTN & T5 watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, strap damage, or battery depletion)
- Water damage beyond the stated water-resistance level

6. Cancellation by Our Team
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to reasons such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, fraud detection, or other issues. You will be notified via email regarding cancellations.
